10 rounds for time

10 step back lunges (each leg, back knee touches ground)

30 sec. pushup hold (elbows bent, from toes)

Complete rounds as quickly as possible w/ good form on the lunges. Post time.

Listen to counsel and receive instruction, That you may be wise in your latter days.
