Jan 3 WOD^

At Home Workout

15 mins. As many rounds as possible

50 Bounces (pretend you are jump roping, land on your toes)

10 Squats

10 V ups (lay on your back and kick feet up to the ceiling focusing on your butt and lower back off the floor)

Post the # of complete rounds you accomplish

Studio Workout


60 sec Bosu jumps

60 sec Bosu lateral hops

60 sec DB Thrusters (wt rx by trainer)


And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we shall reap if we do not grow weary.
